Meet wes schultz
Wes grew up in California, where he picked up many of his skills from his father and then working in the construction industry. He worked on a small 3-person crew for a company that specialized in custom new homes and residential remodeling. After moving to the Midwest and realizing his passion for working in the construction industry, Schultz Carpentry LLC was born.
Now, Wes gets to help his clients transform their homes by building decks, framing and finishing basements, updating trim and doors, and more. In 2023, he began his first full house build (which will be the Schultz's home very soon)!
Meet alyssa schultz
Alyssa is the financial & logistical mastermind behind the business. With a background in sales support and business management, she handles the preparation of quotes, ordering of materials, and managing the project calendar. Alyssa can also be found on the job site from time to time - she's even skilled at heavy machinery operation after spending college summers working in a warehouse.
